Sandvika, 12 December 2024 (OSE: NORCO): Nordic Office of Architecture AS, a subsidiary of Norconsult ASA, is ranked as the number one architect in a framework agreement with the Icelandic aviation group, Isavia, for the development of Keflavik airport.
Nordic Office of Architecture is part of the “Avro Design Group” together with Efla and Rambøll, and the Group were ranked as number 1 for “Architecture”. In addition, the group was ranked number 1 in the categories lighting/specialised lighting, wind analysis, and fire design and commissioning. The offers chosen were considered the most advantageous for Isavia according to the selection criteria in the tender description.

The duration of the framework agreement is 4 years with possible extensions for up to 4 additional years (8 years in total). Norconsult`s revenue from the design contract of the project (excluding options) is estimated to NOK 200 million with an expected commencement in the first quarter of 2025.
The award of the contract is subject to a stand-still period and may be appealed by the parties who were not selected until 23 December.
