The shareholders exercise the highest authority in the Norconsult Group through the General Meeting of Norconsult ASA.
The Board of Norconsult ASA shall facilitate for as many shareholders as possible to participate in the General Meeting and ensure that this is an effective meeting place between the Board and the shareholders.
The Board may appoint Board committees it deems necessary.
The day-to-day management of the Norconsult Group is delegated from the Board to the President & CEO.
